Since 1936, Wallace Real Estate and Property Management has been managing rental property in the Knoxville and surrounding areas. With a reputation built on excellence in the care and management of both residential and commercial properties, we have been in the property management business longer than any other company in the area. We currently manage over 250 residential and commercial properties.

Wallace Property Management offers a variety of management options:
- Full Property Management: Covers marketing, lease signing, rental payments, repairs, owner accounting services, direct deposits for owners, online payments for tenants, and day to day communications with the tenants for the duration of the tenancy. Including the middle of the night emergencies 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / year round.
- Residential Lease Only: Do you only want help with marketing, finding a tenant, vetting the tenant, and the lease signing? No problem, with our lease only option, once the lease is signed, we put you and the tenant in contact with one another and you take over the management of the property from there.
- Residential For Sale or For Lease: Not sure if you want to sell or lease the property? No problem, we can market as both at the same time and see which comes first ... a buyer or a tenant.
- Commercial Property Management: Whether you have a property managment need for a multi-family apartment building, a strip mall, a multi-level retail space, or a stand alone warehouse we are here to help with rent collection and managing the financials and / or the building maintenance.
