Property Renter Information

If you are a renter looking for a potential home in the Knoxville or surrounding area, please browse through our available properties, many of which are pet friendly with an additional pet deposit.
  • Minimum monthly income preferred is three times the monthly rent. 
  • Minimum credit score preferred is 600 or above.  
  • Renter's insurance proof required upon lease signing. 
  • The security deposit, same as rent amount, is due within three business              days of approval.  

Search our website as often as you like as new homes are becoming available in Knoxville, Corryton, Maryville, Louisville, Rockford, Lenoir City, Fountain City, Farragut, Oak Ridge and other areas. Once you see a rental that fits your needs, please call our office to ask any additional questions and/or schedule a showing. If you like the home, you will have an opportunity to start the application process which generally takes between 3-5 business days.
Our homes are typically rented with a 12-month lease term.
